Privacy Policy

Account data from Discord: your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar and email address. Your Discord user ID is the permanent key used to link your website account and Discord bot activity.

Profile data you provide: display name, company or creator details, bio and avatar. For Kreators, verified social accounts (platform, handle and verification evidence) that you submit for review.

Campaign data: campaigns you join or fund, clips you submit, reported views, review notes, appeals and the resulting reward transactions.

To authenticate you, keep your dashboard and bot account in sync, process campaign participation and calculate rewards and fees.

To run anti-fraud and view verification, review submissions, resolve appeals and maintain an immutable audit trail for financial integrity.

To send service messages through the Klipply Discord bot, such as verification outcomes and campaign notifications.

Campaign clients see submission data for their own campaigns only, limited to what is needed to run the campaign. Klipply staff see what their role requires.

Public campaign pages show campaign details and aggregate metrics. They never contain private client information, moderation notes or individual submissions.

We use infrastructure providers to run the platform, including Supabase for database and storage and Vercel for hosting. We do not sell personal data.

Authentication is handled by Supabase and Discord OAuth. Session data is stored in your browser on app.klipply.xyz; the public website does not share that session.

We keep only the local storage needed for your session, account role and onboarding state. Clearing site data signs you out of that browser.

Data is retained while your account is active and as required for financial records, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

You can update your profile from the application dashboard and disconnect or re-verify social accounts.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Deletion requests are reviewed by platform leadership to protect audit and financial records.

You can leave the Discord server at any time; this does not automatically delete your Klipply account.
